2023 Trader Applications are now open!
Are you a vegan business who wants to get their products/brand out there to the masses in 2023? Why not apply to be a part of our 2022 events programme?
Why trade with us?
We have been running Vegan Fairs since January 2018, making 2022 our 5th year organising vegan events and markets across the South West.
In that time we have established a healthy following and fantastic reputation amongst traders (you can read some of our testimonials on our website if you’d like!)
Vegan Fairs and Markets provide your business the perfect “shop window” where you are able to get face-to-face feedback on your products and services, as well as selling them (and hopefully making a nice profit too!)
When considering applications we consider the locality of the business however preference will be given to vegan run businesses and those with excellent eco-credentials.
Being as ethical as we can be is something very important to us, and we regularly donate to animal rights charities as well as plant trees to offset carbon emissions. We use an ethical bank, insurance company and only print using plant-based inks on recycled paper. We also try to work with vegan businesses everywhere we can - our designer, photographers and accountant are all vegan themselves!
If you have any questions regarding applying to our 2023 events, please don’t hesitate to get in contact with us. Otherwise, we look forward to receiving your application and hope to see you in 2023!
2023 Pricing
Next year we will be charging traders based on what they are selling rather than a blanket fee. There will be some events that will be cheaper, but as a general rule the pricing for our 2023 events will be:
Hot food - £85
Fresh food/Deli - £75
Packaged food/Non-food items - £65
National charities - £50
Local activism groups/vegan charities - FREE
This means that for most traders, our prices will be decreasing rather than increasing or staying the same as before. Although a lot of our costs are increasing this is not something we wanted to pass onto our traders.
